The Amazing Belated Post

So yeah I get that it's January, but check it - i just found a piece of paper when I was cleaning my house (no small feat these days) that was a draft of a post I was going to write and then my internet went down for the remainder of November (router problem) and then I forgot all about it. It ain't Shakespeare but it's all I've got. It's a poem and I named it Jenny.

Bathwater drains out while I'm still in it
The gurgle the circle the pull and the glug
Tiny strings of gravity play a little tune on me
Tugging my hair and my ears start to chug

The air feels too hard and the tub feels too chilly
Water dissolving and mixing my brain
My back touches bottom, my head follows last
Feet way too cold, all the hot down the drain


I sit and I wait
wait
wait 
wait...
I don't remember pulling the plug

I worked up a good little tune, but can't find the file. So I'm going to have to remix it and get it posted later.

Catching Up - Day 22 - Scott

Today I created a track that can only be described as a demo idea for a full song. It consists simply of two bass tracks. It's pretty mellow and would probably be best turned into a song with some drony guitar and possibly no drums.

Catching Up - Day 21 - Scott

I'm back! Today was the last day of classes for me, so I decided to poke my head up for a breather before finals crash over me.

The new song is pretty song-like and sounds like a demo track for something that could be interesting. It consists of two bass tracks (one of which sounds a lot like a keyboard), a keyboard track, and a stock drum track from GarageBand.
